    I have spent about three hours if not more on the phone with Verizon trying to get my bill straight where I have been over charge and the phone bill jump so munch over the last 6 to 8 months I have been paying and not say nothing but when you make a payment and then the cut your phone off and say it is do to none payment witch is not true I have been with Verizon for 11 years I have always paid them I call the finance department they gave me a big run around wanted more money before I even get paid the customer service they showed was herbal it suck the one lady I got transferred to she showed good customer service she had me on hold to look at every thing we got disconnected I called back to get back in touch with her so we can finish up what we started they refused to put me back in touch with her and gave me the run around and they where very on friendly and there customer service sucks some one needs to teach them and trane them on how to give good customer service

    I had set up a payment and I paid what I had at the time and I was to pay the rest on 7/26/19 and my phone was cut off today it is 7/9/19 I have been with Verizon for about 11 years and you always got paid that dise not in close hiw my bill jump up to 240 dollars if not more when I called no knew what they where doing one came up and said I can give you to the 16 that was not the dill the dill was the 26 and can’t take money out the bank that is not there yes the service sucked and if I got give to twenty six with out a phone then I am going to find me a different phone comp I am very disappointed on how they handle things and the need to learn how to take care if there customers it stuped thing try to say I already pos a comment and I have not that most be how they try to cover things up

    Hi.
    I was visiting Verizon Store in Crossgates Mall, Albany, NY today. I was assisted by Lanier Blanchard. He was a great representative of Verizon and very very helpful. I explained him my problem and he was very sympathetic. He spent around 2 hours to help me and put himself in my shoes. It could not be any better. If you come to visit Verizon store in Albany, NY, ask for him. He will definitely do his best to solve any problem you have! Thank you Lanier!

    Mr. Adonis at 10810 N. Tatum Blvd in Phoenix, AZ 85028 provided an excellent and amazing customer service! we are a family of six and when we have any issue with Verizon cells Mr. Adonis is ready & happy to help, We spoke to store manager Mr. MATT about Adonis great customer service he was very happy to hear from us, in fact Mr. Matthew himself is a very good manager and his store is very popular in our area.     Customer service refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. My payment is due to come out of my bank on the 4th. It came out on the 1st causing me to be overdrafted. Verizon defused to repay this overdraft caused by them. Then I was harassed by an overbearing Verizon customer service jerk that called my phone 2-3 times after our conversation was ended

    Just purchased a new phone in Manhattan’s second Avenue store. Both Gary and Diamond were helpful, answered all my questions and left a happy customer. Have been a Verizon Wireless customer for 13 years with no problems. As for customer service, they seem to go above and beyond their call of duty.

    no wonder the techs don’t care. they play games to get you off their line and pass you to someone else.everyone give a low score on their ratings but verizon doesn’t care. Why pay extra for quality service and get junk in return. I will soon be going to sprint the same place their spokesman went to. that right there should tell you something. I will encourage everyone i know to switch.

    The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing…I call they tell me one thing

    VERIZON FIOS customer service is the WORST! 1st hold time 69 min…hung up and called back, second hold time going on 30 min already. DO NOT USE FIOS UNLESS YOU willing to accept this horriable lack of support

    Bought jet pack wireless internet and was told I had unlimited internet.Then was told I was being charged 500 due to going over gig.The salesperson did not put me on unlimited.Due to that it cause alot of headaches to me and wife .This couple of months are bill was at 1600 each month due to internet and cause they say its are fault for not knowing.I Thank God cause I had help from Venessa and Osbaldo they both help me resolve bill and made things right.Now me and family can enjoy wireless internet and have phones to use.Be careful when buying a phone plan or Internet,always ask what it covers and make sure you have it in writing.Christoher C.     Your survey is closed down.
    The Verizon Jetpack is remarkable and worked too good in this very poor area for reception of internet connections. It is a wonderful device.
    Regrettably, I had to return your jetpack ID 990003329425587 due to my computer and the choice of my usage. Even being very careful, I went through 2 gigabytes in two days, 30 days of usage would be beyond my ability to pay.

    Today I brought my tablet into the store with issues it was working but not 100% I was informed that they couldn’t look at the tablet but now Verizon has a crew of idiots that call at a set time to attempt to repair the device I am a complete idiot with electrics and agreed to this the service tech seemed to be knowledgeable but I lost all photos, videos, and music and still doesn’t work 1 star is too good for the service provided

    After I read that your company suspended a worker for rescuing a cat, I really don’t think very highly of Verizon.

    Derrick Huggins has helped me in the past but this time his customer service went beyond the call of duty. I came in to try to figure out why my IPhone 6’s Wi-Fi was not working. I had already tried different scenarios on my own, which he said he would have tried. Come to find out Apple for some reason shut off my Wi-Fi, so he helped me trade in my IPhone 6 and Upgrade to the IPhone XR, which I already had been looking at. Derrick was also great in recommending the right kind of case and tempered glass protection for my new phone. Because of payday being two days away, Derrick was willing to hold the protective case and tempered glass until I could come back and pay for it.
    When I returned to the store Derrick attached the tempered glass, added the phone to the case, made sure everything was in good working order, even helped me with an app issue. Truly a great asset to the company. He is friendly, lots of smiles, lots of great recommendations, and very willing to go out of his way to make sure the customer walks away very happy!

    I tried to go to the actual survey page, but couldn’t. With that being said..Brandon over at the Zebulon rd Macon, GA location was great. I went in for a new screen protector and ended up leaving with a new phone. Reason being is because he made the new XR sound like a phone I would enjoy (I had a 7 plus). The phone also came in one of my favorite colors so why not! He was helpful with switching everything over to my new phone. Thanks so much!

    The only reason for the high rating is for the interaction with Miss Toni of South Carolina. Of the countless interactions over the course of a month, she has been the only representative able to do anything and have even a semblance of competency. She went way above and beyond to fix and address the issues I had been having with this dumpster fire of a company. Regrettably, other service providers do not have coverage where I live so I have to overpay for mediocre service and terrible treatment. If someone sees this and has a choice, please choose anyone else. One out of five representatives being able to care for a customer is ridiculous especially when the representatives lie to you (refusing to give you a supervisor, answer questions about accounts, refuse services you pay for), hang up on you, and a visit to any store to solve any matters results in having to call in anyway.

    Verizon should explain how we can rate. if rating is 1-10, if I answer 9-10 it means Verizon will be number 1 and no more room for improvements, I always answer 8 because I believe even I get the service I deserve there is always a room for improvement. 8 is good enough but 7 needs to be revisit the conversation and 6 below should be bad

    The last 2 calls that I have with them. It was unpleasant. They talk with angry voice, they discuss with me. I always talk in spanish with them and is really really unpleasant. I give my feedback in 0. I choos 1 start cause they don’t give the option of 0.

    Had a huge issue with verizon. A friend tried to help me when i was having troubles. He bought a 300 gift card so i can pay my bill. So i called verizon they said it was only good on prepaid accounts and they would not honor its. No where does it say only good on certain phones. But that doesn’t matter verizon has been paid 300 dollars and they won’t do anything about it. There is ne reason they casnt have good customer service. My friend tried to help me. He didn’t know what kind of account i have. Verizon has been paid and they are just keeping the money. For how expensive they are they should do something. Shitty service or help. There is no reason someone can’t do something.

    Recently upgraded my phone @ Deer Park WA. I was charged 20$ for a set up fee I did not ask for. Verizon emailed me about my experience and I replied. A rep. contacted my and apologized for the charge, and offered to wave the 40$ activation fee instead. I said great and thanked her. When I received my bill, the activation fee was charged in full along with a 10$ Total Mobile Protection fee I also did not authorize. Talked with Verizon rep. on chat. No Joy. Stated on follow up survey my problems were no solved. No response from Verizon.

    Thomas Pryor is what customer service should be across the board. He should be promoted and head up all of Verizon’s Customer Service. Outstanding, helpful, went the extra mile….He represents a commitment to personal service. I hope if I need to speak to someone in customer service….I will get him.

    VERIZON you have great team player in Elijah Horne.. He went way and beyond to help me understand what no service means that appear on my phone. Of I need my daughter to hear this. So I left the store and came back with my daughter . Elijah acknowledge us as we came back. He explain everything again. He never acting like I was stupid.. I promise you I had several questions. He was very professional and took his time explaining it again.. he deserve a raise.. he is a asset to your store ..thanks Elijah Horne!!!
