    We made reservations at the Marriott Fairfield Inner Harbor Baltimore Maryland.We arrived at 12:00 and knew we could not check in until 4:00 so we went to the aquarium.We were done there about 5:30 and when we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready.They needed 10 more minutes.So when I asked why 2 hours after our check in time our room wasn’t ready. I was told they only have 2 executive suits and it wasn’t ready.So we sat and waited patiently for 30 minutes.They explained to us the air conditioner leaked on the rug and needed to put a fan in our room to dry the rug.We were very disappointed because they had 2 hours to get our room ready knowing we had made reservations a month in advanced.We were just tired and wanted to rest a bit before we went to dinner.They also knew we needed to use the sleeper sofa and there was no linens so we had to wait for that.Our experience was not pleasant and would not recommend this location .

    I am a personal trainer. I have been a person that has been doing reviews or places as a volunteer. But for some reason some people get things confused.
    The government knows all about the political assignment that was given to us in regards to these hotels like this. I have had more problems with this place then I should have, especially downtown. I have spoken to David Kahn and several others like branson etc., but for some reason my bag with phones, passport…high heels shoes (black with flowering) etc. (labron James, Miami classic bag) but that may be something that they may have felt that they didn’t understand why ones have continuously lost income. but I have been overly patient with those people. I am not a prejudice person but for some reason they may feel a certain way…we just make sure everything is accomidating. I would love to know how you would help us in this regard.
    Please reply via email before you are audited before you have an issue with Donald trump and mrs. Hilary Clinton. I have been taken advantage of for the longest, and cars stolen as well. we would certainly love to hear you input as soon as possible.

    Pleasant and friendly front desk staff. Small area for breakfast with pleasant service. Rooms clean and nice. Would stay here again.

    Wow! Service in velocity bar at Marriot downtown Abudhabi . Craig is well customer oriented employee at Marriott. Thanks Craig for you friendly treatment and simplicity . Keep it up the excellent job . Guys like you make us feel home even we are 1000 miles away from our home .

    I had to unexpectedly cancel my reservations and only had 24hrs to do so. I was told I would be charged the 1st nites charges. I will never stay at a Marriott! The 48 HR cancellation is ridiculous. I travel for business and considered beginning to use your hotels but I will not be doing this now. I will not letting my boss know this and I am sure he will not be using you guys also!

    I had a vacation planned to stay at Marriott beach place in Ft Lauderdale Fl. I booked an additional nite for the day prior to my vacation stay. When I got there they had the wrong date for the one night stay. And then the 4 night stay was correct. When we found out the first night was booked wrong they told me I would have to deal with it. After 2 hours on the phone we they did not find a way to fix the situation that I had no room for tonight. The call service was very bad and the guest desk at Marriott beach place towers was very poor they did not help in any way.

    I am very disappointed in the service and help provided I have always stayed at Marriott when I travel global and have a Marriott card that I am thinking of canceling due to how I was treated
