    I visited the Fareham store today to purchase perfume and the staff member Elle was absolutely fabulous. So helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent Customer Service from this young lady

    Great customer service at the Henley on thames boots branch when I wanted to buy a facewash they didn’t stock I was given good advice on other products they had that were similar to the one I wanted as I was keen to have one that day. Also advised I could buy the one I wanted online but was happy to go with her recommendation.

    I visited Boots in Kingston on Thames this afternoon to buy a gift for my son’s birthday.How kind and helpful Tony and Arum were.I was helped by Tony to choose the gift,I have absolute trust in his knowledge and experience in the Fragrance Department.Arum beautifully wrapped my gift in pleated tissue paper and it was put in a box with Chanel ribbon and a lovely Chanel bag.I know my son will love this,it looks amazing! What kind and friendly service, so professional.Grateful thanks.

    My wife and I went to Boots High Street Ayr today we had problems with photos. I went for help
    I met ALASDAIR who a fantastic help to two oap’s, nothing was two much trouble to help us get copies of our grandchildren. Alasdair listened to us checked all details and got us great copies
    this lad is a great asset to boots Ayr and we will use it more in the future

    I was served by parmjit. I have used boots for over 10years and I never seen staff with an excellent customer service. I always look forward to seeing her anytime I visit boots Hounslow East. She is the best customer advisor in boots Hounslow East high street.

    I purchased an Estee Lauder product at Boots in Westfield Stratford and was served by the lovely Harriet. She had a considerable knowledge about the products and was very friendly and helpful. I shall return for the purchase of further products. It was a nice change to be assisted by someone who is au fait with her specialised products. Thank you.

    Why has boots started using plastic to distribute repeat prescriptions. Can I refer you to the fact that the world is now drowning in plastic and refer your management to this in case they haven’t heard.. I find no fault with the rest of boots service and have been happy to receive my prescriptions for the last several years in a paper bag which can be recycled.

    Boots Pharmacy, Vine Health Park, Hindhayes Lane, Street, Somerset.
    Today I have waited 45 minutes both in the queue and for the staff to sort out a repeat prescription, which for the previous 3 years has been going like clockwork. Two months ago their efficiency dropped off the cliff due to a new system being installed, presumably between the surgery and dispensary. It is confusing staff and making critical errors like issuing the wrong medication or someone else’s medication to the wrong people. The lack of staff and adequate pay stations/monitors is holding up the queue until it’s tail is outside the building!
    To sum up, the whole unit is a farce! Boots Farceamy. Why try to improve when the system was working? If it isn’t broke don’t fix it! I feel sorry for the staff. For a national company like yours, can you afford people drifting away to other pharmacies and you end up like the other dinosaurs like Woolworths, House of Fraser and Comet?

    Boots the square Pocklington.
    Yet again Prescription not ready for collection and one item not in stock.
    This is the eleventh time notwithstanding requesting my prescription in good time from my GP that the medicines have not been dispensed. I have tried both branches of Boots in Pocklington and the result has been the same Tardiness and inefficiency

    Lorraine in the Mall Centre Maidstone store particularly helpful. She told me I was entitled to a free item from No 7 which I would have missed. Also advised me I can get my flu injection free at Boots

    Tried all day to complete survey but can’t get on it. Visited Elgin Springfield Boots 14/08/19 at 12.40 was served by a lady called Nancy who was extremely helpful and help me to remember what it was I wanted, first class service better than the bigger Boots up at Elgin centre and more helpful than trying to get on your survey

    Tried to complete the survey but couldn’t even get into it. Don’t have a card with a number on it, don’t have a receipt with a 15 diget code.This isn’t looking much better as the form will not let me enter a name or e-mail address.
    Collected a regular prescription from Boots, Churchtown Branch,(Southport 5602) filled in the paper survey whilst waiting and gave a good rating. Then you really stuffed up. In place of the usual small paper bag for the box of tablet I’m presented with a large sealed plastic bag, 8 inches by 8 inches for a box that is only 4 inches by 2inches by 3/4 inch. What is that all about? Are Boot kicking against removing unnecessary plastic? Well, food for thought. If this continues over the next two prescriptions, Boots will loose me as a customer, I’ll go to the pharmacy in the adjoining health centre. This is the first time in 60+ years that a medicine has been dispensed in a presealed plastic bag. There is no need for it, please stop.

    I shopped in the Wallingford St Mary’s street store today, I suffer from Generalised Anxiety Disorder and often panic about my shopping ( it happend today) luckily my sister was with me as I cannot manage on my own and would reallay find it beneficial for someone to help me in the store, are there any plans for Boots to introduce a personal shopper to their stores to help people like myself who have mental health issues?

    Boots store in fraserburgh is one of the best pharmacy I’ve been to nothing is a problem for the staff there. I’m treated like a friend when I go there they are all very understanding and always there to lend a ear when needed . The take there time to answer my questions and also to make sure I understand. Such a lovely store such a great atmosphere .b

    Me and my family always shop in boots whether its for medical reasons, makeup, hair dye or other cool staff that Boots have for a reasonable prize ! Dont really imagine life without this shop hah ! Happy to be costumer in here ! :)

    Re Boots Pharmacy, Portree, Isle of Skye. This has to be the most badly organused and inefficient pharmacies I have ever dealt with – too many complaints to list. Main ones are waiting to be dealt with even though there seems to be staff around, also ordering a prescription 10 days before collection and it is still not ready to pick up, telephoning to check medication ready – told it is – drive to pick it up and then told it would be 10 – 15 minutes! So many people on the island agree.

    A few weeks ago I telephoned Boots in the Retail Park in Malvern to ask if my prescription was ready. She said I didn’t have one so the probably the doctor had stopped the prescription. I said I had just spoken to the doctor a week before and he asked me what drugs I was taking, I told him and he said that was fine. The assistant insisted that I only needed the drug for a short time after the op and I was taking them for the wrong reasons. It was obvious she did not have a medical background, so by this time I was now getting cross. I said Will you please just ask the doctor for another prescription! This has been bothering me as I thought if she had said this to an old person who needed a drug to preserve life and she persuaded that person that they no longer needed a drug there could be dire consequences. I believe any queries regarding drug taking should be addressed by the pharmacist and not a sales assistant,

    Service at prescription counter painfully slow in St JOHN’S wood today. Total chaos. Computer down. Assistant poor. Does not feel well organised. Prescription had been rung through mid week. Then new one took far too long to find although in stock.

    visited our store in Swindon on Saturday looking for some conditioner for hair that you can leave in,,, found a very helpful assistant by the name of BEVERLY KNIGHT all tho she was busy eventually found me 3different one’s all varying in prices, but had good knowledge of all of them ..thankyou BEVERLY FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND PROFESSIONALISM !!!!!!

    Karen on “Lancome” counter was fantastic today. I knew that i wanted foundation but i needed help with colour, texture, finishing look and she was great, very kind considerate, helpful,and i did not feel rushed when there was other customers. I was interested in the offer of the day and in the end i bought 3 products so i got a nice free set worth £80. Karen was very profesional and i will certainly be back for more advice and guidence on products. It was actually nice to have a chat and feel apreciated as this is often missed when you are buying products.
    I can safely say i will be back to buy from Karen on the Lancome counter.

    I attended a make up advice session with Katie on the No.7 counter for eye shadow advice. She was most helpful and thorough and nothing was too much trouble. She answered questions and explained appropriate advice as to the correct product. As I am 70 needed help and advice which was given expertly. Thank you. This was Colchester branch

    Visited Boots at the Wyvern, Derby today. Wanted to buy a Face Halo as recommended by a friend. Website said some in stock but none on shelf and unsure which department I would find it in. Debbie was really helpful and checked the store iPad both to see if they had any and which department they would be in. They had been delivered but none put out yet so she went and fetched us some. She was really helpful. She could have just said they would be on the shelf if they had any like some stores do.

    I visited your longbridge store today, served by a lady who was quite rude, her name was Sally although she didn’t wear a badge this was on the receipt, in the few minutes she served me, she walked away to speak to someone else, called over to another customer in the queue, all whilst I was waiting to pay, I had to repeat myself twice asking to pay with points, as my transaction had finished she handed over my receipt whilst talking to the other cashier. I felt very invisible, Sally very lacking in customer service skills…. I don’t expect this kind of service from boots….

    In Kilmarnock store today. Stood at Pharmacy counter for 15 minutes waiting to be served with several other customers. Eventually a lady came to see where assistant (Iona) was that should have been covering ….she was advised by Pharmacy asset that Iona had gone away to get her water bottle!!!! Not good service on a Saturday afternoon. Disappointing from Boots ….
