What is a CSI score?

Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores are an important part of everyday life at a dealership, and for good reason. Automakers want to hear from customers in order to gauge how well the franchise is doing in key areas, primarily customer satisfaction with the sales process.

I’ve purchases probably 10 vehicles from Cable Dahmer Chevrolet in independence mo and the last one I bought was my Buick in March 2017 it was advertised for 15k however they upped the price and when I discovered it the paperwork was already signed. I’ve contacted the dealership to try and rectify the problem and have had no luck. I’ve paid 328 for a year and a half and I just got the principal balance down to the 15k. I’ve never felt so cheated in my life and I have gone from being a loyal GM customer to never trusting them again.

I just purchased my Chevrolet Traverse and the whole experience was wonderful at Reedman-Toll Chevrolet of Springfield, PA. Our salesman BOB was courteous, professional and so accomodating in meeting our needs to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Definitely 5 stars from the minute we walked in the door and I love my new Traverse!!! Marie H.
