I live in New York City where almost everyone is rushed, impatient, rude and in some cases actually nasty. Imagine what a treat it was to have Ambar ring up my purchases at 241 West 57th Street. She was sweet and kind and didn’t get upset when the computer was giving her problems. She had a genuine smile, looked me in the eye when she said “thank you”, and when I said “thank you”, she actually said “you’re welcome” instead of “no problem.”
She deserves recognition. What a gem.

I have taught and monitored customer service for 15+ years. I like to comment when I see it done well. Every time I visit CVS #7698, 9435 Northshore & Pinnacle Point Way | Knoxville TN 37922, I receive a friendly greeting and offer of assistance. I am particularly impressed with the manager, John Rodhe. Rather than just tell me where to find something, he takes me there and ensures that I have what I need. He seems to treat his team in a way that they appear to enjoy their jobs. The store is always clean and well organized. I choose to go the this particular store in cases where some other location may be closer to me, as I simply appreciate the relationship that I have established with these professionals. I also appreciate Mark. He is always smiling and has a great attitude. My last transaction was: #4676 with Mark, Register 3, Cashier: 1515729. Thank you for welcoming feedback. The young lady (Lee Ann)who took my prescription went out of her way to help me. I was carrying my sleeping grand baby and while I sat with her, Lee Ann went to get some Allegra also for the sleeping child. Then she took my cards to pay for everything. Very much appreciated. We need more Lee Anns.

Our Pharmacist (K Smith) at Target/CVS on Skyview worked with us on a RX that was not covered under my Part D. I was going to try an different drug less expensive RX but she went out without me asking to and found a coupon that decreased the cost by 50%.
    Job well done.

Travis Do, Pharmacist at the Falmouth, Ky CVS saved me approximately $220.00 on a prescription. He called my doctor to get a different medicine for my stomach. Today I only paid $6.00! No one else has ever helped me like that. Being on a fixed below poverty level income this will truly help. I also thanked Travis today. God Bless Travis Do!

CVS, Desert INN location, They just hang up on you because “Charmain” is just too busy. Business must be real good if “Charmain can keep chasing customers away because she is too busy!

Pharmacy service sucks. Charmain just HANGS UP ON YOU ALL THE TIME. After calling several times, and being hung up on, I have to drive all the way down there to ask to have my prescription filled. Her response is always the same. We are too busy. Tell me, is that the CVS response or just the Charmain response? If this continues, then I guess Walgreens will be getting my business. This has been going on long enough! If you no longer wish to have my business, please let me know so I can begin to transfer my business elsewhere.

I was charged $39.00 for my prescription, I looked up the prescription on GoodRX and CVS was charging only $12.00. I asked that the $39 be reversed on my card and the GoodRX price be charged. I was refused. This is not the first time this happened.
My wife and I are going to move our prescriptions from CVS to a store that is concerned about their customers.

They went the extra mile for me. You don’t see that too often in retail today. Ty. Give these good people a raise.

Pharmacy area was very dirty, tissues on floor which need a good cleaning. Asked to speak with MGR and he said yes he had seen it when he came in that morning. Store had been opened for 3 hours and NOTHING had been done to clean area.

I am a customer of 5010 duke street Cvs pharmacy, since 2016.I never seen such a horrible kind of service so far. I went at July 25th 11:45pm And was waiting inside the store to be 12:00am, because the refill was on July 26th. Though, when I ask politely the pharmacist to refill the prescription he shout(bad words) and said “ I will call a police”. Immediately, I called customer service, but, I cannot reach. I guess that he was in trouble with the other customer before he serve me.
His name is pharmacist George. He is old African guy.

I always have a great experience at your pharmacy. The pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable. The other people behind the pharmacy try to move the line so you are not waiting to long. I would recommend this cvs on Atlantic Ave in the stop n shop shopping center in Baldwin.

The Pharmacy Staff at the CVS where i go especially those filling the prescription are very angry they act like bullies, whatever they say goes, you dear not ask questions about your medications or payments. They have no empathy, they must remember they are serving sick people they will do better in a boxing ring.Head of staff should have meetings, they may be crying out for help. Why when people ask intelligent questions they get soooo upset.

l really am happy that our pharmacy in Ruckersville Virginia is so close and easy to shop in. But over the last few weeks l have been turned off by the inefficiency of the clerks answering the phone in the pharmacy. For the most part when a customer calls it is very important to give or find out information concerning their prescriptions. The phone continues to ring and is completely ignored by the staff. l used to work in a large pharmacy and l know the stress and pressure that is there. My husband is disabled and very ill and l needed to check if our prescription had been called in by our doctor. l placed a call and sat for 30 mins waiting for the phone to be answered. Not being able to wait any longer l decided to take a chance to drive in hoping that it had been called in. Fortunately it had been. But while there again the phone was ringing all the while the clerks were half way busy and chit chatting about personal happenings. We customers do not have the time to put in waiting on the phone for no one to answer then drive in a few miles only to be told the doctor has not called and then having to drive back home to receive a phone call as we walk into the house that the prescription is now ready forcing us to leave our sick and disabled family member AGAIN to go out and get the much needed medicine. lf this continues it may warrant our family to change to a more efficient pharmacy. Sometimes enough is enough. Like l wrote first we really like the atmosphere…as long as we do not have to call ahead to check on a prescription.

I dropped my sisters prescription off to be a waiter and was told it would be an hour wait it’s rush time, the pharmacist didn’t seem very sure it would really be as early as an hour wait. I get my prescriptions at walgreens and have never been told more than 15-20 mins for wait times.

Our pharmacy is great at Oak Valley in Tallahassee Fl. These ladies work so hard to give get service. In their jobs being accurate is so very important. Have noticed the last few months the that they have cut down on staff that assist the pharmacy. CVS please take a look at lack of staffing in this area.

Not sure what is wrong or at fault but I’m sometimes having prescriptions filled. Got a call on friday that an automatic refill was ready to be picked up, I needed another refill and decided to call and have that refilled and pick them both up on Monday. When I arrived on Monday they had the first one ready but didn’t have the second one on record as ordered but had a different one that was actually too soon to be refilled. So I went home to make sure and ordered the second one on the phone again. On Tuesday I went back to pick up the prescriptions and when I arrived they had all three but the second one was only for one month (30) and not the 90 days as before. So they apologized and I said I would pick it up on Wednesday the next day. I had to make three trips for the prescriptions and is why I decided to get the meds at 90 days to avoid unnecessary trips. Other than that problem the employees are very nice and respectful.

I continually tell the Pharmacists and techs that I do not want a 90 day supply of my medications. They have even made a note in my file to that effect. I am retired and can not afford the cost and some of the medications may not be continued past 30 days or the dosage may change. However, every time I pick up a prescription, it is for 90 days. I either have to pay the higher amount or wait until the correct amount is filled. Also, it would be helpful that, when I get an e-mail that a prescription is ready for pick-up, if the notice explains what medication is ready.
