    At Kay store in cutler bay, FL is amazing. Tilcia was very helpful and patient, she took her time to help me found exactly what I was looking for my girlfriend birthday. Tilcia was excellent and show great customer service and help made it possible. Thank you Tilcia and Kay store at cutler bay.

    I kay Jewelers in the ststen island mall Anthony was very knowledgeable and friendly helped me apply for a credit card and get approved Anthony also helped me pick out a beautiful piece of jewelry. I am very happy with the experience and would tell friends and family.

    I am unable to complete the survey through the link on my receipt. But the Kay store here in Sierra Vista, AZ is amazing. Sean the manager always remembers and calls me Miss Janice when I shop there. He even remembered yesterday what he sold me in February. And the female sales associate who waited on me yesterday was wonderful.

    Survey ID is 104-524-417-90 from store in Southern Hills Mall, Sioux City, Iowa: I am so dissatisfied with this store and its employees. On May I bought my sister who was with me a special ring. The one for me had to be ordered. I was told that orders could not be placed until Monday but it would be done and would arrive by May 17. It took me 3 phone calls (and up to 20 rings) to get anyone to answer so I could check on the delivery. I was told it was shipped to a Kay’s in Nebraska but would be there on Monday. I went to the store and it was not there and they had no idea where it was. Even the corporate office could not give them a UPS tracking number. Needless to say, I was a very angry customer. Not only had I bought 3 rings plus ordered one but I also had purchased a watch valued at approximately $2300. I didn’t believe any of the stories I was told. I went back to the store on Tuesday expecting it to be there and, of course. it was not. Finally it arrived today 5 days late. I was to leave town today but I had to change 5 appointments and my friends had to rearrange their schedule. I was not going to leave without this ring as it was bought with a specific purpose in mind. So I will no longer be a shopper at Kay’s. Plus, it is not appropriate for a clerk or manager to wear flip flops at a jewelry store. It is not safe nor healthy and looks appalling. Granted, she could have a foot problem but who would have known. I am so unhappy with this whole ordeal and asked for a lower price but the answer was no as “we never give more than 30% off” which is what I did receive.

    Kay’s service at Chicago Ridge Mall sucks from the manager Brian to the lady guess Assistant Manager don’t know her name well I’ll call her Boo Boo Kitty won’t b back I’ll continue to work with Zales They Know How To Treat People !

    My husband-to-be and I had a great experience with the Kay’s team at the Austin Mueller location. The store manager was very patient and informative. The entire store team congratulated us on our engagement and played a very special role in choosing our symbol of love. Thank you so very much Liz, Desiree, and Wafa!!!

    Kay’s is a joke of a company, there customer service is literally a joke you should never buy jewelry from them. Zales or any other jewelry store is 100% better.

    On December 2, 2018, after being assured my purchase would be available on or before December18, I placed an order for an engraved bracelet with Dominic at your Harden Avenue, Lakeland, Florida store. When I did not hear from the store on the 18th, I visited the store on December 20, and spoke with Charles who informed me that the shipment had been delayed due to the Christmas rush but would definitely be available by Christmas. On December 23, I received a call from Dominic yelling me that the bracelet had never been ordered and if I still wanted the item I would be credited with the cost of the engraving. I agreed. After hearing nothing further I phoned the store on January 3, spoke with Dominic and was told my item would be in within the next two days and I would receive a phone call when it arrived. After hearing nothing, I again visited the store, spoke with Desiree and Dominic and was told my item would be in on January 16, Desiree promised to phone me on the 16th. After hearing nothing I phoned Desiree on January 17 and was told that she had tried to phone me but got no answer. Desiree determined that my phone number was incorrect. This although I had given my correct number to three separate personnel at the store. On Friday, January 18 Desiree phoned me that my item was in. I picked it up on January 18…exactly one month passed the date the item was originally promised.

    Every time we visit US, we go to Kay, best sortiment, best sales lady, take great care for us. They know us now, and always so happy to help us every time we come in the store. We will never go any where else. Tell everybody in our country Denmark about Kay Jewelers in US.

    My local jewelry store closed so I thought I would give Kay a try I walked into the Spring Hill store tonight and won’t b Back!!they only had one employee working !! During the holidays I walked in before a man and after she was done waiting on a customer previously in store I was next !! When I asked her about a religious necklace I was looking for this man who had walked in behind me decides to go off and tell her he was there before me !! Making a scene !!! To get waited on!!!!!Discrimitation alive and well! #kaycaterstomen #rude #nothankskay

    Yes I went to Kay’s Jewelers today with the inpression that I could only buy a watch battery from there they charged me$29.98 plus tax Totaling $32.08 which was way over priced as I looked it up on line and could have gotten a pack of ten for only $6 dollars I feel I got ripped off and they should not be allowed to do people like that.it wasn’t like they put it in a watch

    Very dissapointed. I only wanted my watch battery replaced but as soon as I got it back it started leaking.I’ve had the battery replaced before and this never happened.This is a dive watch and I didn’t even wear in in the water it just got splashed.They ruined it.I’ve been a customer since 1990.I will not be doing any shopping there again…

    If I could put zero stars I would. I took three chains in to get repaired and they ruined them. Their repairers idea of repairing my chains was soldering them where they were broke, which left about a quarter of an inch that is stiff and is weaker, one of the chains broke within two days. I haven’t even tried the others because I am afraid to do more damage. When I complained I was told that is how they are now repaired and was refunded the cost of the so called repairs and was not even offered to pay for someone to undo the damage they caused and to get them fixed correctly. I will never go to Kay Jewelers again and will not recommend them to anyone.

    I recently had a safety chain put on my tennis bracelet, and the service I received from my local store is 5 star worthy. Toby Wiggins went out of his way to make sure I was happy.

    I left my engagement ring for repair on 8/23/2017, today 10/10/2017, I called because I never got a call that it was done, they said oh yes it is in. I never got a call.

    I went to purchase ear rings for a friend at Opry Mall in Nashville Tn. Caler Ruehl displayed a 1 carat like I wanted. I noticed one was smaller than the other. He stated, it was the lighting that made it appear that way. Also stated one would be opposite of each when worn. After returning home, I examined each one and it was not my imagination, they were not the same size. Very disappointed, I will never purchase anything ever again from the Opry Mall Kay Jewelers.

    The next day I returned the ear rings to a local Kay Jewelers store located in Smyrna Tn. I explained what happened and the store manager, Hollylane Russel was helpful in every way. I actually up graded. Hollylane took her time and was extremely patient with me.
    After the sale I left with confidence of returning in the near future (Smyrna store) to purchase other jewelery.
